If you answered yes to these questions, we may have the job for you. We are seeking a talented Radio Engineer. This position will provide radio frequency (RF) and/or wireless transmission design. The Radio Engineer will design, plan and oversee installation and maintenance of wireless radio communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition, and ancillary equipment. He / She will use skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures. As a Radio Engineer, this position will resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. He / She will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Finally the Radio Engineer will demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and will interact with senior internal and external personnel.
□ Must possess a Bachelor's degree.
□ 1-3 years RF engineering experience working with radio communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout and parameter definition.□ Basic proficiency in antenna theory and propagation.
□ Optional 1-2 years project management and project implementation experience.□ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; must be able to provide written reports for all levels of management.
□ Must be able to multitask and be flexible to manage change in priority and tasks.
□ Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, and Power Point)
